A Good Sleep

Sleeping plays an important part in our life.We need to have good rest by end of the day to start off refresh the following day. As for me, i will need 10 hours above to consider sufficient rest.I know i sound like a pig but i don't really sleep well. I always have weird dreams and combination of different categories of people in my dream story.

I am physically and mentality tired but i cannot sleep. I will toss here and there on my bed and my mind just couldn't rest by itself.Perhaps too obsessed with the issue and keep thinking with endless solution towards it. By right, we should cast it aside and get a good sleep. Saying is always easier.

Having said that but i always fail getting all the troubles cast aside.That's where insomnia comes into the picture. Staying awake the whole night and looking people beside you sleeping soundly makes u feel so lonely and helpless. Insomnia can be big issues.

There are three types of insomnia:-
  1. Transient insomnia lasts for less than a week. It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment, by the timing of sleep, severedepression, or by stress. Its consequences - sleepiness and impaired psychomotor performance - are similar to those of sleep deprivation.[9]
  2. Acute insomnia is the inability to consistently sleep well for a period of less than a month.[10]
  3. Chronic insomnia lasts for longer than a month. It can be caused by another disorder, or it can be a primary disorder. Its effects can vary according to its causes. They might include muscular fatigue, hallucinations,more and/or mental fatigue. Some people that live with this disorder see things as if they are happening in slow motion, wherein moving objects seem to blend together. Can cause double vision.[9]

How do u define good quality sleep and poor quality sleep? It is more on individual define words. Although you are sleeping but sub-consciously you are not. Actually referring to myself :P . You are actually half-awake and still alert to things happen surrounding you. It is like u are guarding against something and couldn't sleep in peace. Your inner peace and soul isn't there at all.Sound bad huh?

Depression also plays a part when it comes to poor quality sleep and insomnia. There are lots of factors that affect a good sleep. You can name it like excessive night time urine, a good bed and pillow helps you throughout the night as well. Stress in work also will lead to insomnia and eventually less productive in work as well. Your performance will be affected and you will start making mistake in your work. Calm the thoughts and minds will helps both works and your adjustment of thoughts to be balance off.Mm..can be right or wrong so depends on individual mindset. It is all about playing games with your own mind and heart.

now every day hv 2 wake up so early =.=
