Jai Thai @ East Coast

I am not a fan of Tom Yam soup and thai foods but my colleague recommended this thai restaurant which serve really tasty tom yam soup that suit my taste bud.

Jai Thai Restaurant official website can be found here.

There have 3 outlets around Singapore and went the east coast branch for dinner.

An overall view from where i am seated on that day.

Ruby drink. I prefer ruby dessert instead. Nevertheless this taste good as well.

Dishes that we ordered that night:-

Baby Kailan with oyster sauce. Taste fresh and goes well with the oyster sauce. Splendid i would say. I am a big fan of this dish. I had it almost every dinner during my trip to Langkawi. Speaking of the Langkawi trip, the post will be up in later part.

Mango Salad which comes with the cashew nut on top. Taste refreshing and crunchy. We ordered medium portion and it is just nice for 5 pax.

Mixed platter which comes with the spring roll, bean curd and paste. Thumbs up to go with the special prepared chili sauce.

Pineapple rice. It is a must order when i head over to Thai foods. Don't ask me why but it just come so instinctly.hehe!.

Fried chicken wings! My favourite. I don't know why i love to eat Thai fried chicken wing. The taste is yummy! It reminds me the chicken wing served at Porn's restaurant.

Tom yam seafood soup. I like the taste not to spicy and very thick taste. We can choose the level of spiciness. So fret not for the disappointment.

Beef green curry. Beef texture is just nice and the soup goes well with white rice. You can opt for chicken green curry if you do not take beef.

Thai dessert- Tapioca with coconut milk taste not so sweet which is at our comfortable level of taste bud. It is just nice for after dinner dessert.

Overall we spent approximately SGD75 for the whole dinner for 5 pax.
All the dishes are served in medium portion.
Price is affordable and we get our stomach filled. So why not?
