Restaurant Teck Sing @ Taman Sentosa

Dad decided to have paper baked chicken for dinner. So we headed to Teck Sing restaurant located at Taman Sentosa before headed to singapore. The place is full house and we need to secure our own seats and it took around 15 minutes to secure with seats.

The foods that we ordered that night. The serving time is approximately within 20 minutes and it was quite a speed despite full house. Simple dishes but it fills our stomach well.

Fried Eggs with bitter gourds which does not taste bitter when served hot.
RM12

Sambal Sotong @ RM10/ RM15
Fresh seafood and not that spicy though

My aunt's favourite. The sambal petai which i forget the price.

Curry Fish Head @ RM25
Simple homecook feel of curry fish head. It goes perfectly well with plain rice.

The specialty of paper baked chicken or we called it beggar chicken @ RM18.
Fresh tender kampong chicken with traditional herbal herbs and sauce wrapped with paper bag and baked several hours. The meat is tender and soft and you won't feel that it is kampong chicken.

One more plate of vegetable @ RM12

Dinner was simple and nice though. We had chit chatting session throughout the dinner. It is always nice to have family bonding together and sit down to have a dinner. Everyone is busy working and studying. It's always hard to have common time together. So we must cherish the moments that spent together.
