Reunion after 2 years

It's like a reunion gathering for me and cher as we had not met each other for 2 years ever since I left my ex-company and started my hardship.Ahemm...she is a very busy young lady and surprisingly, she took the initiative to meet us up. It was nice catching up with her and angelmama. Everyone was so excited to see each other.

As usual, i was the last to arrive and late for the date. Oppss...i think it is my trademark now based on my current work life style. But neverthless i will try to make it a point to go out with friends and hand around.

Dinner @ Chicken Hotpot @ NEX. Bedok shopping mall has one of the branch as well.
They provide individual steamboat style which provide us the choice for the main course.I got myself the chicken set which i do not remember the actual name of the food.
Chit-chatting for 3 ladies can talk like thousand years with endless topics to chat with. I'm glad that everyone is doing fine and well in their career. Everyone has their own pace of life on whatever things. So do not fret although you will tend to think about it. Try to focus on other stuffs and it will make you feel better and happier. But this is so called life cycle that everyone has to go through.

So we headed to New Zealand Natural for ice-cream dessert and start to camwhoring and chit chatting. Love having Angelmama around as she has many weird and funny acts to snap and laugh together.

That's explain from the below photos.

Showing the excitement to see the 4 scoops of ice-cream. Just being nice so we listened to Angelmama and she will think of many crappy ideas and guide us in terms of life philiosophy? or other than that.

Ended my short post with our group photo.
Everyone is looking great and will get even better in future!!

Moments Together

Time flies and it's already half of the year gone and it's June!

This is a backdated post.I was busy settling my new job and here i am back to Singapore again.

My OSK colleagues had a farewell party for me before i leave the company.

So after work,we went a nearby stulang laut restaurant mamak for dinner. It was well-known for their fried rice or commonly known as nasi goreng in our Malay term and also the ikan bakar. Truly a delicious meal as the fried rice is very fragance and spicy. I was sweating and drinking all the time. I cannot take spicy foods but i still ate half of the portion.

Pictures tell the stories:-

Ethan Lim-my companion in work who ease my boredom and let me disturb him all the time.He sweat a lot whenever starts to eat spicy foods.

Li Yinn in blue aka my online shopping kaki and very silly young lady.Catherine is the new future dealer and she is a sweet lady and sporty lady as well.

Sutera branch colleagues who joined us that night.

JB operations colleagues were present on that day.

After the dinner, we headed to Walker inside The Zone. It was my first time pub in JB and we had 20++ people on that night which occupied quarter of the place.

Kitty and I. She is a leo lady as well. Same as me and we have similar thinking and mindset and i just started to get close with her. She is a nice lady with positive energy.

P/S: Happy Birthday to you!

ATIC Singapore

Group On the Day
It was Asia Trade & Investor Convention on 7th & 8th May in Singapore so my colleagues and i decided to head to Marina Sand Bay Convention. It was my first time attending finance fair and usually i attend food fair due to my job scope. So this time round it is not exceptionally. It also due to my work scope that allows me to have another view of finance industry.

The fair was not packed with people like those i seen in food fair. Most of the booths are hosted by securities firms and investment tools firms. They are trying to get more clients through the fair. We can see many brokers and remisiers are trying to get more network through the fair.

There is also short seminar from investment companies to provide insights of the current market outlook for asia countries and also commodities products and much more to see and absorbs. But we only attended to one seminar on technical charts and went off for sight seeing :)

It was Mother's Day last week and we (sisters and I) bought a samsung handphone for my mum. Her current samsung handphone was a bit lag and always wanted to change but can't bear to spend the money on it. So we thought of surprise her with the gift and she is very glad with it. Hope she masters it soon :)

Level 33 @ Marina Financial Centre

Level 33 provides a brand new concept of a bar and new dining experience with the best view of marina bay and skyline. It is located at Marina Financial Centre Tower one and you can reach there by stopping at Raffles Station and an estimation of 15 mins walk. I was tempted with my aunt's photo in FB and decided to drop by with my colleagues during our visit to SG for a fair.

Totally an amazing experience with the spectacular views that you can just spend your evening there with a glass of freshly brew beer and the sights with companion.

The view of the bar restaurants

Their famous in-house beer was the Blonde Lager in light colours and followed by the Pale Ale that we only ordered 2 glasses. If you ever wonder how much is the beer for each glass? It is 0.5litre. They served 0.3litre and 0.5litre and two prices at day time and night time after 8pm.

Group photo of companions of the day...

We headed out of the bar and sit there to gaze the sky and the awesome buildings right in front of our eyes. It captures the moment of overall marina sand bay and esplanade and we can also see Fullerton Hotel as well.

We spent the evening there and waited for the lights to be up and it was worthwhile to admire the lights at night. It would be nice to go with your partner enjoying the moment together and gazing each other. It would be so ideal for me at least.Day dreaming again..

This was at the entrance of the bar where they kept the brewery beers in with their own classifications labels at each huge container (not sure exact name to phrase it).

Perfect place for hangout and events and would definitely visit there again.
Photos taken using Iphone and the sight views from my aunt's fb album as Iphone has its limitations at night shooting.

Information of Level 33 can be find here

Senibong Seafood for a Feast

Love the beauty nature scenery.Taken around 7.30pm
Beautiful colour of the sky
Love to see the beautiful colours of the nature and you can always see different colours of the skies in the evening. I couldn't resist not to take a snap of the moments.
View from our seats
Kelong in the middle and singapore HDB view at the back

Don't you love the changes of natures every moments?
Love the evening beauty of the sky
All photos taken using Iphone and camera with few edited photos. 5 months has passed and the intern students are leaving today. So we decided to have a farewell dinner at Senibong Seafood Village located at Permas Jaya. It was my first trip there and i was not aware of this place until i recently read at one of the blog. My malay colleagues recommended us to have our dinner there. Although it is named seafood village, but it is also famous with their Nasi Lemak Berlauk and satay.

Delicious Satay
The satay here was delicious and no fats at all. We have cravings for it after few sticks and ordered second round to satisfy our cravings.
Ikan Kembong with nasi lemak
Nasi Lemak with Ayam Merah

Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng
Nasi Lemak here has very nice fragance and taste different from those normal nasi lemak. It reminds me the nasi lemak at taman bunga raya,KL (near TARC).Hard to describe the taste but it suits everyone's taste.

Followed by the seafoods that we ordered:-
Ikan Pari with sambal
The taste of the fish can only be describe as fresh. The texture of the fish is smooth and blend well with the sambal.
Cockles
Cockles was slighted overcooked but overall taste is nice.Had fun getting our hands dirty opening the shells and taste it with the chilli sauce and taste originally.Thought of it made my saliva grools.I know you too so control don't let it drop to your keypad :p
Sambal Cockles
No much different from original taste of cockles but it shells are covered with sambal. The taste is spicy and your hands covered with the sambal and imagine u lick your fingers.Yummy yummy..

Sambal Crabs
The Crabs are cooked with sambal where you cannot get taste it at chinese restaurants. The size of the crab is big and their meats are also very rich. However, the sambal does not blend into the meat and it is only covered all over the crab shells instead.

Colleagues & Interns

Silly Gal With her overeact and the shocking Guy
Few of the photos uploaded here and the rest are uploaded in FB.But i ended my post of my colleagues with their funny face expressions.

Total damaged RM320.We even get to negotiate the total bill when we pay at the counter.Good bargain huh? It feeds the stomach of 13 persons.

Wishing the interns all the best and hopefully we can catch up again soon...
